Outline View

The structure of the Mindmap is displayed as a tree. You can edit the Topics by using the context menus or via in-place editing.

The menu bar is the same as in the Map View, only some menu items are not available. For the list of menu items see Main Menu.

Each Topic has a symbol on its left side. This Info Icon indicates that the Topic has some special properties.

Info Icons

This is a simple Topic.
The blue lines indicate a text.
The small pen indicates a Scribble.
The small blue arrow indicates a hyperlink.
The small green arrow indicates a Reference.
The red ball indicates one or more symbols.
The little lock shows that the Topic is marked as "internal".
A Topic can have any combination of the above symbols. This icon for example shows that the Topic has a text and a Scribble.
This icon has all possible symbols.

  • If the stylus position is in the upper right corner of the drop target, the Topic will be inserted as child Topic above existing child Topics.
